Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 

8 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 8 hours advance, notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you have a voucher from a daily deal promotion a 24 hour notice is required for cancellation, your voucher will be used in place of the payment without the cancellation notice.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. If you have a voucher from a daily deal promotion, your voucher will be used in place of payment.  If you are more than 10 minutes late for a 60 minute session without prior notification, it is considered a NO SHOW.  20 minutes late for a 90 minute session or 30 minutes late for a 120 minute session is considered a NO SHOW. Please keep the telephone number handy in case you are stuck in traffic.  Rescheduling may need to happen if you are going to be too late.
